Interview: Werner Margreiter, Austrian Ski Team Coach
Werner Margreiter has a unique philosophy toward guiding the strongest team in ski racing. As coach of the Austrian men's team and the former US women's team coach, he has a "no pressure" attitude.
"They have to be self-confident," said Margreiter of his skiers, "because only this allows them to accept the performance of others, and they have to acknowledge that to perform well also."
Here's what Margreiter shared with us.

No Downhill? How about Mobile Margaritas on a Cordless Drill
