Just the Facts
There are four ski areas (two almost connected). The Hahnenkamm is by far the largest and the most accessible
from town (via a cable-car or two chair-lifts). Pengelstein is the start of the route to Kitzb�hel's most
remote (but generally snowiest) ski area, Jochberg-Pass Thurn (runs are short, but it's worth it). The Kitzb�heler Horn is mostly above the 1270m mid-station, which is accessible by gondola (a lot of the time the beginner trails down below don't have enough snow, so the Horn's the place to be).
