BOULDER, CO, September 18, 2002 -- Spyder Active Sports is seeking applicants for its newly formed Venom House
Team. This group of skiers and snowboarders from across North America will
represent Spyder's Venom brand of freeride outerwear at regional levels. The
team's purpose is to promote freeriding at local, grassroots levels, where a
passion for the sport is strong and enthusiasm is contagious.
Freeriders of all skill levels are invited to submit a resume, proposal, video
footage, or any form of sponsorship request for consideration. Written
submissions are accepted through October 31, 2002. The program goes into effect
December 1, 2002, and members are on the team for one season. Spyder will
contact chosen team members via phone and post the team roster December 1 on
www.spyder.com. Each House Team member will receive a Venom product
sponsorship, and one team member will have the chance to be sent to a summer
freeriding camp in 2003. Full details of the program are found on
www.spyder.com.
