Ciao Mountain Zone, I'm Simone again. I'm calling from Deboche, the village in which since today we are for resting. Probably we took a good decision because from here we saw that on Everest and Lhotse there is bad weather and strong, strong winds. And so probably we are not losing time but it is all power that we find again. The regeneration is going well.

But anyway, tomorrow we will start from here, we go up. We try returning Base Camp into steps: where we go to Dingboche and then to the Base Camp. So this is the last hour from resting here in Deboche at 3600 meters. Tomorrow we'll be in four-four [4400 meters] at Dingboche, the day after in Base Camp.

Nothing new, tomorrow will be another call. Bye-bye.
