Athletic Resume: In the last six years, José has been a member of six Brazilian expeditions to Cerro Tronador and Cerro Aconcagua in Argentina and Huayna Potosi, Condoriri, Tarija, and Ilusion in Bolivia. He has been rock climbing since 1983, ice climbing since 1991 and is the current Vice President of Clube Alpino Paulista.
